Terms & conditions
Order and payment:
You need to pay a 50% advance deposit at the time of ordering. You will receive an order confirmation email on receiving the payment. Your project will be started only after receiving the advance deposit.
The remaining 50% charges must be paid on completion of the project. Your website files will be published online only after receiving this second (final) installment.
In case you do not pay the second installment after project completion, you will get a grace period of 1 month to pay the installment. Your website publishing will be kept on hold during that period.
If you fail to make the payment during the 1 month grace period, your project will be considered as ‘cancelled’ and no refunds will be made for the same.
Cancellation & refund:
You can cancel your project anytime. However, the refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel your project within 24 hours after order confirmation, you will receive a full refund of your paid amount.
- If you cancel your project after 24 hours but before 72 hours after order confirmation, only 50% of your paid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel your project after 72 hours after order confirmation, your paid amount will be non-refundable.
Also, if for any reason I am unable to deliver your project, you will receive a full refund of your paid amount.
Textual content:
You can provide any specific information, data, content outline, etc. related to your business to help me write your website content.
However, if you don’t provide any such information, I will write your content anyway, based on my general research which can be updated later on to make it more specific.
You should provide accurate information or data for writing your website content. Any discripancies in the information or data provided by you is solely your responsibility.
Any delay in the project completion due to delays from your side in providing relevant information or content is solely your responsibility.
Visual content:
You must provide images, photographs, audios, videos, etc. related to your business, office, staff, products, services, etc. to be added to your website.
Generic free stock images will be used to enhance the visual appeal of your website, for no additional charges.
However, if you want me to purchase high-quality, royalty-free stock images or create custom graphics for your website, they will be charged separately.
Copyright:
You will own the copyrights of all the content (copy and graphics) created by me for your website. However, it is your sole responsibility to make sure that you own the copyrights of any content (text, images, audios, videos, etc.) that you provide.
Turnaround time (TAT):
Each package comes with an approximate turnaround time. It depicts the minimum amount of time required to complete the project. However, the actual time may slightly vary in case of any technical, health or other issues.
Also note that, timely completion of a project depends on co-operation from the client’s end as well. Hence, any delay in the project completion due to delays from your side in providing relevant information or content is solely your responsibility.
Revisions:
After the project completion, you will get 1 full week for revisions (to request any changes) in the design or content of the website, for no additional cost. Any revision after that will be charged as per my hourly rate.
Updates:
You will get free updates for 1 full month after publishing your website. Any updates after that will be charged as per my hourly rate.
Domain & hosting:
Under the plan, you get free domain and hosting for the 1st year.
From the second year onwards, you will need to pay ₹3,900/year (charged annually) for domain and hosting renewal to keep your website running online.
If you fail to pay the domain and hosting renewal charges in time, your website will stop running and you may lose your domain name forever.
Website maintenance:
It is important to carry out certain maintenance tasks periodically to keep the website running smoothly and efficiently.
Under the plan, you will get free website maintenace and technical support for 1 full month.
From the second month onwards you need to pay a fixed monthly charge of ₹600/month. for website maintenance and technical support.
